Consistency Counts
Setiap tahun during Annual Planning ada 3 benda yang confirm akan tukar.
1. Venue
2. Baju
3. Tema
Venue dgn baju decision dia x susah pun. Tema tu kadang2 berminggu2 discuss / brainstorm utk nak finalize.
Penting ke tema ni? Boleh ke buat tanpa tema? Boleh jer.. xde undang2 yg cakap kena buat pun. Tapi tema tu dapat membantu semua orang dalam firm faham apakan fokus syarikat untuk tahun yang akan datang ni.
So kenapa consistency counts?
Kalau kira history, kali ni adalah edisi ke 7 Annual Planning WVA. So maksudnya dah 7 tahun beroperasi secara rasmi dan dah banyak nampak staf dengan advisor masuk dan keluar.
Siapa2 yang pernah apply jadi advisor dekat WVA sure tahu yang kita x ambik semua yang apply. Siapa2 yang kita ambik tu adalah advisors yang kita rasa ada potential dan sesuai dengan culture syarikat.
Tapi tak semua advisor2 ni akan terus berlari dari hari pertama. Ada juga advisor yang akan rasa hilang motivasi setelah beberapa bulan atau tahun, then dia drop off and decide kerja atau join firm lain.
Persoalan dia kenapa? Kenapa advisor2 yang kitaorg dh pilih tk dpt results?
Training dah bagi – x consistent dtg training
Coaching provided – x consistent jumpa / approach coach
Guidance provided – buat sekali dua, tak dapat results then rasa cara tu x sesuai
Support provided – tapi sebab x consistent cari prospect tkleh utilize the support provided
The main secret ingredient yg missing was consistency in doing benda2 yg kita patut buat.

The panelist cerita pasal their respective journey dari mula, apa isu2 yg diaorg face dan when and how they achieved their breakthrough.
Setiap panelist ada their own stories yang helped the audience realize that in order to succeed (which is never in a straight line), you kena ada resilience and perseverance. If each of the panelist wasn’t consistent in their approach, goals, etc… they wouldn’t be where they are currently at.
So the focus for the firm this year is for us consistently focus on what each one of us needs to do to achieve the goals that have been set, to be consistent in approaching Malaysians do that we can help them achieve their financial goals, be consistent so that we execute the strategies and initiatives that had been outlined and to be consistent in reminding and supporting each other so that everyone will get what they want to achieve.
