Ingat lagi dulu ckp dgn Asad, tak senang nak jadi Financial Planner ni (kitaorg takkan overhype semata2 nak recruit someone). I told Asad, kalau betul nak jadi, byk benda you kena harung, and mostly akan lalui kesusahan sebelum kesenangan.

Tahun 2023 ni WVA is planning to get an additional 80 Licensed Financial Planners (kenapa 80, bukan 100 ke 200 ke)? Sebab kita ada kita punya developmental plans, kalau byk sgt, akan affect the quality of the exposure that each advisor akan dapat, which will in turn will effect the quality of the LFP.
Secondly, tak semua yg apply akan dapat join. Tahun lepas ada lebih 40 orang apply, last2 kita accept, 8 (20% jer acceptance rate). Ni lepas interview, assessment etc. Sebab apa? Sama mcm dkt atas, we want to jaga the quality of the advisors as this will affect the quality of the service received by our clients.
